Advising clients on financing arrangements relating to project structure and documentation, acquisition and leverage, property, and general corporate financing.

Collaborating with partners

Working closely with Partners and the wider team to gain exposure to complex transactions.

Specialising in niche areas

Encouraging lawyers to find their niche and specialise in areas of interest while building a strong foundation across their field.

Skills you'll need

Banking & Finance expertise

Several years' experience in a Banking & Finance team within a large law firm locally or internationally.

Transaction exposure

Exposure to project, leverage, acquisition, property, or corporate finance transactions.
