You'll be responsible for

Advising clients on commercial and contractual disputes
Providing expert guidance on various commercial and contractual issues that arise in disputes.🔍
Managing regulatory inquiries and investigations
Overseeing and advising on inquiries and investigations conducted by regulatory bodies.🕵️♂️
Conducting internal investigations
Leading investigations within organizations to address compliance and ethical concerns.Key criteria
