You'll be responsible for

Providing guidance on workforce conduct issues and carrying out internal investigations on behalf of clients, including implementing recommendations.

Supporting clients with compliance

Advising clients on compliance with local laws and regulations, and liaising with correspondent law firms across the region.

Drafting employment documentation

Creating and amending employment contracts, employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
