You'll be responsible for

Advising clients
Providing advice on superannuation fund mergers and financial services regulatory obligations, including licensing, disclosure, and conduct obligations.🔍
Assisting with regulatory investigations
Supporting clients in responding to regulatory investigations and prosecutions, including APRA and ASIC proceedings.📄
Preparing commercial agreements
Preparing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including outsourcing and distribution arrangements.Skills you'll need
💼
Experience in superannuation and financial services
Advising superannuation and/or other financial services clients on a range of regulatory matters, including core experience advising on the SIS Act, APRA Prudential Standards, Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act and the ASIC Act.📝
Legal analysis and communication skills
Excellent academics, legal analysis, writing, and communication skills are essential for success in this job.🌱
