You'll be responsible for

Advising on telecommunications and data centres

Involves major commercial projects, regulatory, infrastructure development, services arrangements and major M&A transactions.

Providing data and AI governance advice

Includes data commercialisation, engagement with regulators, large-scale compliance uplifts, and investments in and acquisitions of AI companies.

Responding to cyber incidents

Engaging with law enforcement, government agencies and regulators, advising on cyber regulatory requirements, and assisting with cyber preparedness activities.
