You'll be responsible for

Providing onsite technical support

Provides onsite technical support and hardware repair services across Sydney CBD area.

Diagnosing and repairing hardware

Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs laptops, desktops, and related IT hardware.

Managing service calls and documentation

Manages assigned service calls, parts inventory, schedules, and travel requirements efficiently while completing service documentation accurately.
