You'll be responsible for

Guiding clients through estate administration
Helping executors and trustees navigate the complexities of estate administration, including probate for high-value and complex estates.⚖️
Advising on inheritance claims
Providing expert advice on inheritance claims and resolving will disputes to protect beneficiaries.✍️
Drafting legal documents
Creating complex Wills and associated succession planning documents to meet client needs.Key criteria

2+ years PQE in wills and estates
Demonstrated experience in wills, estates, and general litigation.View

Experience drafting complex wills
Proven skills in creating Testamentary Trust Wills and succession documents.View
