You'll be responsible for

Working on transactions
Engaging in a broad range of transactions including public company M&A, private capital transactions, and equity raisings.🗣️
Advising clients
Providing advice to clients and boards on governance, securities laws, and regulatory matters.🤝
Collaborating with partners
Working directly with corporate partners and their team to deliver exceptional legal services.What we're looking for
⚖️
4+ years PQE in corporate law
Experience in a leading corporate practice with national or international exposure.View
📄
Strong drafting and negotiating skills
Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents.View
🤝
Experience with governance and securities laws
Knowledge of FIRB, ASX, ASIC, and Takeovers Panel regulations.View
