This role is crucial for managing audience data workflows and providing technical support to enhance user experiences. You'll be responsible for

Supporting audience data workflows

Managing audience data workflows including audience definition, strategy, sizing, and segmentation framework in alignment with data governance and platform standards.

Providing technical support

Offering technical support and advice in digital data layer implementation, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Insights Driven Optimization for websites.

Driving culture of learning

Encouraging a culture of learning, testing, and performance while balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Audience data management experience (3-5 years)

Proven experience in audience data collection and structuring across digital platforms.
