The job is about joining NEP Australia as an Audio & Communications Engineer, where you will play a vital role in setting up and testing audio and communications facilities for field and studio projects. You'll be responsible for

Ensuring audio communication facilities are operational

To ensure all audio communication facilities in and around the OB compound are functioning and patched to be operationally ready by the scheduled hand-over time.
🤝

Liaising with project leads

To liaise with the project’s Audio Director and Technical Manager to ensure you are fully briefed on the size, scope, and production schedule of the in-field audio and communications facilities required.
🧹

Maintaining a professional environment

Ensure the environment of the audio and communications facilities is neat, tidy, and professionally presented, posing no danger to the public or co-workers.

🎤

Audio and communications systems knowledge

Proven understanding of Riedel and RTS systems for effective operations.

Demonstrated experience with LAWO and Calrec audio consoles.

Television broadcasting experience

Minimum 3 years in television broadcasting for relevant expertise.
