You'll be responsible for

Managing customer interactions

Handle walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments with high-intent customers, ensuring a welcoming experience.

Assist customers from their initial search to settlement and beyond, providing support and expertise along the way.

Submitting deals to processing team

Free yourself from tedious admin tasks by submitting deals to our in-house processing team, allowing you to focus on your community.

Skills you'll need

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking

A qualification that demonstrates your expertise in finance and mortgage broking, essential for success in this job.
