This job is all about connecting the dots across ServiceNow’s federal government business. By driving growth and building a high-performing public sector customer base and partner ecosystem, you will play a crucial role in supporting digital transformation for Australian federal government customers. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with internal teams, key partners, and government stakeholders to create impactful solutions.

You'll be responsible for

Driving market influence

Acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader—engaging at industry events, roundtables, and working groups.

Building government relationships

Establishing trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organizations, from project/IT teams to CxO level.
🔄

Coordinating internal teams

Being the central point of coordination between Sales, Alliances, Inspire Value, Marketing, SCs, Legal, and Government Affairs.
