Responsible for the technical support and maintenance of Java-based applications on AWS cloud infrastructure and tools that support project delivery and business.

Monitoring application performance

Monitoring application health and performance metrics, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.

Documenting support procedures

Documenting and updating support documents/procedures to facilitate application management and knowledge retention.

5+ years of technical support experience

Experience supporting mission-critical applications in cloud environments.
