The Azure/RedHat Infrastructure Specialist is a vital part of the team, responsible for ensuring the health, stability, and performance of the Azure/RedHat-based infrastructure platform. This job plays a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting the infrastructure lifecycle aligned with best practices. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of how the team works together.

You'll be responsible for

Performing operational support

Perform operational support for production and non-production servers hosted on Microsoft Azure/RedHat.

Managing system availability

Manage and maintain system availability, performance, and patch compliance using Azure-native tools and automation.
🛠️

Troubleshooting incidents

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents (L2/L3), including those related to VM performance, boot failures, and network reachability.

2+ years Azure/RedHat infrastructure experience

Hands-on experience managing infrastructure in Azure/RedHat environments.
