You'll be responsible for

Supporting NDIS participants

Helping NDIS participants and their families identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning.

Owning assessment and support plans

Taking charge of developing and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex environment.

Building capability of support networks

Enhancing the understanding and confidence of those supporting participants in their daily lives.

Key criteria

Allied health degree

Possession of a degree in an allied health field.
