You'll be responsible for

Conducting debt collection activities
Minimising outstanding liabilities by contacting providers regarding recoveries based on audit findings and negotiating payment arrangements.🗂️
Providing administrative assistance
Issuing audit request letters and ensuring timely follow-up of recoveries while maintaining productive relationships with providers.📊
Planning and reporting
Developing recovery plans, maintaining monthly collections reports, and liaising with internal teams for claim allocations.What we're looking for
