You'll be responsible for

Delivering bereavement counselling
Providing specialist bereavement counselling to individuals and families, ensuring compassionate support during their time of need.🏥
Overseeing public health model of care
Coordinating the consistent delivery and embedding of a public health model of care across NSLHD to enhance bereavement support.💡
Consulting and educating staff
Offering consultation and education to multidisciplinary staff within NSLHD and the wider community on bereavement support.Key criteria
🎓
Social Work degree and AASW eligibility
Possession of a Social Work degree and AASW eligibility is essential.View

Minimum clinical experience as Level 2
Experience as a Level 2 Social Worker in clinical settings.View
