Engaging in service lifecycle
Participating in and improving the entire lifecycle of services from inception to refinement.🔍
Analyzing ITSM activities
Providing feedback to development teams on operational gaps or resiliency concerns based on ITSM activities.📈
Maintaining live services
Measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health of live services.Key criteria

3+ years of experience in UNIX and scripting
Demonstrated expertise in UNIX environments and scripting languages.View
