You'll be responsible for

Leading safety culture
Lead and embed a safety-obsessed, compliant operating culture aligned to Major Hazard Facility (MHF), Explosives, Dangerous Goods, and transport legislation, ensuring audit readiness and emergency response capability at all times.✅
Maintaining compliance
Maintain full compliance with all regulatory licences, approvals, and statutory obligations relating to ammonium nitrate, explosives precursors, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), Heavy Vehicle Accreditation, Mass & Maintenance Management, and Load Restraint requirements.🚛
Operational leadership
Provide visible, hands-on operational leadership across transport, fleet, allocation, and supervisory teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of services supporting mining and resources customers.Key criteria
