Overseeing the pre-qualification process for all contractors, including CM3 pre-qualification, JLL and site-specific inductions, and site sign in/out requirements.

Managing daily operations

Managing daily Building Automation System (BAS) and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Coordinating maintenance and compliance

Coordinating contractors and monitoring performance and compliance, including review of all service records to ensure compliance with contract and essential safety measure requirements.
