The Bundaberg Distillation Manager is a vital job that ensures the safe and efficient operation of Bundaberg Rum’s distillation process. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and heritage of one of Australia’s most iconic spirits while driving operational excellence. Collaboration with various teams is key, as you will work closely with Maturation, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Site Leadership to optimise production performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
You'll be responsible for

Leading distillation operations
Lead the safe and compliant operation of the distillery, ensuring all activities meet HSE, quality, food safety and regulatory standards across fermentation, distillation and liquid handling processes.📅
Completing production plans
Complete production plans to deliver the required volume and quality of rum, partnering with Planning, Maturation and Operations to meet demand and production priorities.⚙️
Optimising distillation performance
Monitor and optimise distillation performance, including fermentation, process control, yield, spirit quality and loss reduction, ensuring products consistently meet specification.Key criteria
