You'll be responsible for

⚖️

Leading the safe and compliant operation of maturation, blending and liquid handling activities.

Ensure alignment with HSE, quality, food safety, excise and regulatory requirements.
📦

Managing the execution of maturation plans to deliver the right aged rum volumes and profiles.

Support bottling, packaging, bulk dispatch and future demand effectively.
🚀

Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, loss reduction, inventory accuracy, traceability, asset utilisation and operational efficiency.

Enhance overall operational performance through targeted improvements.
