Business analysis

Demonstrated experience in identifying and understanding business needs and technology solutions, with proven analytical skills to enable the development of business process and/or technical solutions.

Requirements gathering

Experience in requirements gathering and documentation, business process modelling, user story creation, functional/non-functional analysis, and business case development.
🤝

Stakeholder engagement

Proven experience in engaging and collaborating with a range of business stakeholders to develop ongoing working relationships that achieve positive outcomes.
