Partner with senior leaders, SMEs, architects and vendors to translate strategic initiatives into prioritised epics, high-quality user stories and clear, testable requirements aligned to architecture and delivery standards.

Leading impact analysis

Lead scoping, impact and dependency analysis across complex systems, ensuring requirements are value-driven, feasible and traceable from business objectives through to implementation.
