You'll be responsible for

Understanding business requirements
Working with the business to understand the requirements for new initiatives, mapping current processes, and developing future state processes and maps.📈
Conducting process analysis
Undertaking 'as-is' process analysis to understand existing processes, including key data points such as templates and artefacts from the business.✅
User acceptance testing
Completing user acceptance testing based on business requirements and tickets being developed, ensuring alignment with project goals.Key criteria
