As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our AI and automation transformation within the sales and operations team. This hands-on job offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and make a real impact by identifying technology solutions that unlock value and drive measurable outcomes.

You'll be responsible for

Developing a deep understanding of Brighte’s business model

Identifying, prioritising, and roadmapping AI and automation opportunities based on commercial impact, cost, and feasibility.

Building business cases

Connecting technology solutions to measurable business outcomes, including use-case analysis, cost-benefit assessment, and risk evaluation.
🚀

Leading end-to-end implementation of AI and automation initiatives

Ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals.
