The Lead Business Analyst job is all about leading the end-to-end requirements management for projects that protect and advance the Australian way of life. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that business, operational, and technical needs are captured and documented effectively. You'll be responsible for

Leading stakeholder discovery

Lead structured discovery with internal squads, customers, and external stakeholders to capture and validate requirements in Jira.

Owning requirements lifecycle

Own the full lifecycle of requirements from elicitation through to closure, implementing streamlined practices and governance.
🔧

Managing change control

Assess requirement changes for impact and risk, ensuring requirements are clear, testable, and peer-reviewed.

Key criteria

📚

Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Possession of a degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
