Translate business needs into clear, testable technical requirements, facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment.

Ensuring traceability

Ensure end-to-end traceability across requirements, controls, test cases, and closure evidence, supported by high-quality documentation.

Supporting delivery testing

Support delivery and release testing by partnering closely with technology and contributing to robust test planning and execution.

Skills you'll need

📊

Business analysis

5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally within Risk or Regulatory programs, with a strong technical background in digital delivery or platform implementation.

Stakeholder engagement

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, confident in hosting workshops and communicating complex requirements simply.
🛠️

Jira proficiency

Experience working with Jira across the full development lifecycle, including story writing and testing coordination.
