You'll be responsible for

Business analysis and delivery coordination
Analyse business problems and gather requirements for approved application changes, designing and configuring solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.🛡️
Application support
Provide Level 2 application support, including technical investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex system issues.📈
Process and business management
Coordinate delivery processes in line with standards and quality frameworks, contributing to process improvement and managing change activities.Key criteria

Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules.View

Level 2 application support experience
