Our mission is to transform legal value for our clients, our people, and society at large. We are looking for a business or sales development intern to join our growing commercial function. Alongside our Commercial Director, you’ll shape how we develop, qualify, and close pipeline, and leave your fingerprints on a sales motion that will scale as we do. We want someone who sees this as a launchpad — a chance to prove themselves, ramp quickly, and earn a seat at the Account Executive table. For the right person, that path is fast and real.

You'll be responsible for

🐣

Qualify and convert inbound leads

Respond quickly to inbound enquiries; Run discovery conversations to understand pain points and buying readiness; Qualify and convert into booked meetings.

Work warm and outbound pipeline

Follow up on marketing-generated leads and event attendees; Run targeted outbound sequences to ICP accounts using AI-assisted research and messaging; Use LinkedIn, email and phone intelligently
🐣

Contribute to SDR processes and playbooks

Help define SDR processes and playbooks; Work closely with Marketing to sharpen messaging and improve lead quality; Maintain a clean CRM
