This job is about shaping the future of eCommerce in Australia and New Zealand as a Business Development Manager within the Marketplace Team. You will play a crucial role in driving growth across Kogan.com and Mighty Ape marketplaces by partnering with sellers to enhance customer choice. The team thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where innovation and responsiveness to market trends are key to success.

You'll be responsible for

Identifying and onboarding new sellers

Proactively seek out potential sellers that align with our marketplace’s strategic goals and customer needs.

Vetting incoming leads

Assess incoming seller applications to ensure they meet our standards and criteria.

Building strong seller relationships

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing sellers to ensure ongoing collaboration and success.

Key criteria

🎓

University degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing.
