You'll be responsible for

Contributing to fund operations

Engaging in end-to-end processes related to investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and investor transfers.

Ensuring investment operations compliance

Making sure all internal controls and compliance processes are satisfied before investments are made.

Preparing investor reports

Assisting in the preparation and automation of reports for investors, including regulated superannuation funds.

Key criteria

📊

Operations experience (3+ years)

Demonstrated experience in operations, finance, or compliance within financial services.

Hands-on experience designing and implementing automation for efficiency projects.
