You'll be responsible for

Owning credit and payments processes

Own end-to-end credit and payments process outcomes, ensuring performance meets customer, commercial and regulatory expectations.

Analyzing operational performance

Analyse daily operational performance across credit, collections and accounts receivable to identify risks, errors and improvement opportunities.

Leading process design and optimization

Lead the design, documentation and optimisation of credit and payments processes, including post-implementation reviews.

2-3+ years in credit management

Experience in credit management or collections in complex organizations.
