About the job

This job is all about supporting the day-to-day delivery of exciting digital marketing campaigns. By leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will ensure that communications with customers are top-notch through a robust Quality Assurance process. Collaborating closely with Marketing teams, you will engage customers across various channels like email, push notifications, in-app messages, landing pages, and SMS, all while thriving in an Agile environment that promotes strong partnerships and continuous improvement.

You'll be responsible for

Supporting digital marketing campaigns

You will assist in the day-to-day delivery of our digital marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication with customers.

Utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will implement a thorough Quality Assurance process to enhance customer communications.

Collaborating with Marketing teams

Working closely with our Marketing teams, you will support various business areas like Everyday Rewards, eCommerce, and Financial Services.
