Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, ensuring all candidates receive a smooth, timely, and personalised recruitment experience regardless of outcome.

Coordinating recruitment activities

Partner closely with the Deployments Recruitment Business Partner and the Recruitment Manager for International Deployments to coordinate recruitment activities, understand campaign requirements, and deliver aligned candidate management strategies.

Building talent pools

Support sourcing activities by building and maintaining high-quality talent pools for critical US deployment roles, including hard-to-fill and high-volume skill sets.
