You'll be responsible for

Developing and implementing career mapping

Creating a structured approach to career mapping and pathway planning across ASC to support workforce development.

Establishing governance processes

Ensuring career maps remain current and reflect business needs through effective governance.
🤝

Collaborating with Nuclear Capability Development

Working closely with NCD and Subject Matter Experts to identify diverse career pathways across disciplines.

Key criteria

📚

Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field

Possess relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Organisational Development.
