You'll be responsible for

Providing leadership support

Delivering high-quality services within a trauma-informed framework for the Carer Recruitment and Development Program.

Developing carer recruitment strategies

Creating and implementing strategies to attract and retain foster carers in accordance with policies and procedures.

Managing compliance and reporting

Ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date, and developing reports for continuous improvement.
