You'll be responsible for
👩⚕️
Providing case management
Working with victim-survivors through the provision of specialised therapeutic interventions including 1:1 brief intervention case management and DFV educational support groups.📋
Reviewing risk assessments
Reviewing risk assessments and safety planning with clients, and providing brief case management interventions.🌍
Facilitating community connections
Facilitating sustainable community connections and supports for clients while participating in relevant community development activities.Key criteria
📚
Degree in social work or related field
Possession of a relevant degree or ongoing studies in social work.View
🧠
Experience with domestic and family violence
Demonstrated experience supporting DFSV victim-survivors in case management.View

Group program development experience
Experience delivering therapeutic educational group programs for recovery.View
