You'll be responsible for

Providing customer-focused service

Delivering early, timely and personal service to injured workers and employers.

Managing claims caseload

Proactively managing all aspects of a caseload of worker’s compensation claims within legislation and compliance guidelines.
🎯

Delivering desired customer experience

Managing the end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases and providing accurate information.

Experience in customer service environments

Demonstrated experience in fast-paced customer service roles is essential.
