About the job

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services at our Ballarat campus. Join us and take part in credentialing for Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and advanced practice programs, enhancing your clinical expertise.

You'll be responsible for

Providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services

Delivering assessment, intervention, advocacy, and consultation to ensure high-quality patient care.

Promoting effective patient flow

Supporting and enhancing the movement of patients through the healthcare system.

Mentoring learners

Offering guidance and clinical supervision to pharmacy students, interns, residents, and other staff.

General registration as a Pharmacist

Currently hold or be eligible for AHPRA registration
