You'll be responsible for

Supporting clients in activities

Encouraging clients to engage in various activities both at home and in the community, promoting their independence and enjoyment.

Assisting with personal care

Providing support with personal hygiene tasks as outlined in each client’s person-centred plan, ensuring dignity and respect.

Collaborating with team members

Working cooperatively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients, fostering a positive team environment.

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities

Demonstrated experience providing support to people with disabilities.
