Overseeing maintenance schedules

Overseeing planned preventative maintenance schedules and coordinating swift resolutions for reactive works.

Supervising contractors

Supervising third-party contractors and coordinating vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.

5+ years in facilities management or related operations.
