You'll be responsible for

Delivering accurate course information

Providing tailored, high-quality information to prospective students through various channels while adhering to privacy legislation.

Recording and resolving enquiries

Ensuring all inbound and outbound enquiries are documented and addressed in a timely manner.

Building relationships with stakeholders

Fostering productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to maintain positive connections.
