Being responsible for maintaining rosters and allocating staff to vacant shifts in compliance with relevant legislation.

Answering calls professionally

Ensuring calls to the Scheduling Team are answered in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Creating and updating schedules

Creating and updating schedules on the Scheduling System with shift requests and allocations.
