As a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 - Primary Brain Cancer Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering complex specialist care and coordination to patients with cancer throughout their treatment journey. This position is crucial for ensuring optimal outcomes for patients and their carers, providing clinical leadership and advocacy. The team values collaboration and is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

You'll be responsible for

🏥

Delivering complex specialist cancer nursing care

Provide complex specialist cancer nursing care, care planning, and accurate clinical documentation to support positive health outcomes.
🤝

Coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams

Act as a patient advocate and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and responsiveness.
👩‍🏫

Leading and mentoring nursing staff

Lead and mentor nursing staff while contributing to the development of clinical practice, policies, and service delivery.

Current AHPRA registration

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
