You'll be responsible for

Coordinating communication
Coordinate clear and compassionate communication between patients, carers and clinical staff in the Emergency Department waiting room, building strong, collaborative relationships with triage and care teams.🌟
Enhancing patient experience
Enhance the waiting room experience by leading and supporting initiatives that improve patient satisfaction, promote inclusivity for diverse cultural groups, and create a welcoming environment.🤝
Providing support
Provide timely, friendly support and issue resolution for patients and carers, including use of the GoShare application, early identification of concerns, and professional management of escalated non-clinical issues.What we're looking for
