Coordinate clear and compassionate communication between patients, carers and clinical staff in the Emergency Department waiting room, building strong, collaborative relationships with triage and care teams.π
Enhancing patient experience
Enhance the waiting room experience by leading and supporting initiatives that improve patient satisfaction, promote inclusivity for diverse cultural groups, and create a welcoming environment.π€
Providing support
Provide timely, friendly support and issue resolution for patients and carers, including use of the GoShare application, early identification of concerns, and professional management of escalated non-clinical issues.
