You'll be responsible for

Providing first-line support
Provide first-line support for enterprise network services, investigating and resolving connectivity issues, faults and incidents.📡
Supporting LAN and Wi-Fi
Support and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, telephony and communications infrastructure across the CDSCC site.🔧
Assisting with installations
Assist with the installation, configuration and upkeep of network equipment and data cabling infrastructure.Key criteria

Networking fundamentals knowledge
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, and routing.View

Helpdesk experience
