Planning menus and ordering supplies
Using creativity and organisational skills to create nutritious menus and manage food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director.🥗
Maintaining food safety standards
Ensuring all food storage, handling, and preparation is hygienic and meets health regulations.Key criteria

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Possession of a relevant qualification in cooking.View
