Creating nutritious and enjoyable meals in accordance with Juniper’s cyclic and seasonal menus.

Ensuring adherence to food safety standards

Maintaining compliance with safe food handling, HACCP, and infection control standards.

Supervising kitchen staff

Directing and guiding kitchen team members in line with DINE standards.

Commercial cookery certification

Possession of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
